STUDIO CALENDAR & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- Weekly Lessons will be conducted during school hours following the Victorian School Calendar.
- Lessons are scheduled so that specialist classes are not missed and in consultation with the classroom teachers.
- Payment will be made before the beginning of each school term and by Week 3 (14th Feb) in Term 1.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer and details for this will be given in the invoice.
- Student resources for the year and instrumental hire if applicable will be invoiced in Term1's billing.
MISSED LESSONS
- If a student will be missing their lesson for any reason they should inform me by text or email, with as much notice as possible.
- One make up lesson per term will be offered.
- If for any reason I have to cancel a lesson myself, I will offer a makeup lesson at a different time, or if necessary refund the cost.
TERMINATING LESSONS
- If you wish to finish lessons, please provide notice by email. Students will continue to receive the lessons they have paid for. Refunds will not be issued.
